I offer workshops and courses that will challenge you, nurture you, and grow you.

How are my workshops different? While a lot of workshops can stay on the surface, my workshops dig deeper.

I offer a space where participants are encouraged to challenge themselves with new ways of thinking and being, and reflect deeply on what they want to change in their personal or work life.

My courses are also very practical. I give participants opportunities to start actively trying out new skills and behaviours, so that there is a greater chance of actual change taking place for them over the longer term.

I have travelled for many years, worked hard, cooked, loved, studied, danced, and everything in between. I have also suffered, struggled, been heartbroken, and put in the hard yards to build a more fulfilling life. My passion is understanding people, and helping people find new pathways to reach their potential.

I have worked as a coach and trainer for the National Institute of Dramatic Arts (NIDA) training people in various skills including confidence, self-expression, self awareness, vocal skills, voice and body connection, and emotional strength. I have coached professionals and beginners to learn new skills and hone existing skills.

I have studied with the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors and Queensland University of Technology. I am a member of the Australian Counselling Association and I have worked as a Nationally Accredited Mediator. I am a skilled coach, counsellor and mediator, having helped a variety of people resolve issues in their personal lives and work lives to find a pathway forward. I also have a strong understanding of abusive backgrounds and I have worked in advocacy roles for survivors of domestic violence.

I believe in each person’s capacity to change, grow and rise to the challenges life puts ahead of them. I believe that every person has a story that deserves to be heard, no matter how big or small.

I take a holistic approach to group training, and can incorporate the following methodologies:

  • Facilitating group discussion

  • Confronting difficult issues

  • Confidence training

  • Vocal technique

  • Mindfulness and meditation

  • Action Based Learning

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

  • Narrative Learning Techniques

  • Solution Focused Therapy

  • Active Learning Methodologies

  • Life planning and goal setting frameworks

  • Time management and organisation skills

  • Stress management techniques

These are some of the techniques I am able to include if relevant. All courses are able to be tailored to participants needs.
